The decent look and highly developed features of new Chevrolet Sail will definitely create a rush in the Indian market. The car is loaded with 1399 cc, 4 Cylinder in-line Petrol engine which will provide a maximum power of 94 Bhp and 129 Nm of maximum torque, five speed manual gear box, Electronic brake-force distribution, larger headlamp cluster with round but small fog lamps slot, Variable Geometry Intake System, Dynamic audio system and many more advanced features. The SAIL twins are expected to be launched in the price range of Rs. 4 to 6 lacs.

• The dashboard comes with dual tone scheme; the upper part has a black paint and lower one is covered with dim cream. Glove boxes present in front of both the front seats provide ample storage space in the dashboard. You can put your mobile or same sized items in the space provided besides the gear knob. AC vents are stacked in round shape and fitted at both the sides of the dashboard facing the driver and the front passenger. The new Chevrolet Sail has a colourful instrument panel resting behind the three-spoke steering wheel comprising of meters with chrome tips that look great in the dark. The multimedia cluster sports chrome finish catches the eye at first glance. Apart from that, the sedan has dual tone covers which adorn the seats as well as the interiors. As far as the leg, head and shoulder room is concerned, it's pretty good in both the rows. You should not,however, expect an SUV like area. Handrest is assembled for both the seat rows except for the fifth passenger in the second seat row.There is no middle hand rest.

ENGINE:

•  The Chevrolet Sail comes loaded with a powerful 1.2 litre S-TEC II and 1.4 litre S-TEC III engines. The sedan's 1.2 litre S-TEC II churns a top power of 53.1 kW/L with the help of a five speed manual gearbox. Whereas the 1.4 Litre S-TEC III produces a peak power of 54.3 kW/L with the same five speed manual transmission.

• As far as engine performance is concerned, the 1.2 litre engine enables the car to accelerate from 0-100 kmph in just 12.9 seconds while the 1.4 litre engine takes 11.9 seconds for the same sprint.

Chevrolet Volt

The Chevrolet Volt isn’t the best looking car around but it definitely is more attractive than other ‘green’ vehicles currently on the road. GM says that that its aerodynamicists developed the shape of the Volt in a wind tunnel, which helped them design and engineer the most aerodynamic vehicle in Chevrolet’s history. The lines of the body overcome air resistance and contribute an estimated 8 miles of extra electric range and about 50 miles of extended fuel range.

Chevrolet Corvette

•  The General Motors Chevrolet 2013 Corvette 427 2-passenger convertible includes a 7-liter (LS7) 505-horsepower naturally aspirated 16-valve front engine rear wheel drive V-8 connected to Six-speed manual transmission. CHEVROLET CAMARO ZL1
